 Meet Emily!

Emily is a local actor and lives in our neighborhood. I've have the pleasure of photographing Emily a few years ago when she was beginning her journey along her acting path. I've also had the pleasure of watching her perform in a few theatrical performances and can tell you she is really fun to watch. Aside from being completely adorable, she is also completely talented too! It was so good to see Emily and her mom again this week.Thanks Emily, for choosing Beth Eggert Photography to keep your portfolio updated.  It was my pleasure last week to photograph these beautiful siblings. Meet the Alexander's! We had such a good time at our session in the studio last week. Little Xavier was such a card. He as determined not to smile the entire session...even the mention of his girlfriend couldn't persuade him to show us his beautiful smile. I just love his impish grin in this shot. You can totally see his personality. His sisters were just as delightful to photograph. Dajaliox is such a good big sister, trying to get Xavier and Kennedy to smile. She was just so sweet. And Dajaliox likes to be in front of the camera! I think I could've photographed her for another hour. It was my pleasure to photograph this lovely family at the park the other day. We had such a good time and the kids were just so funny. We sat and listened to the bull frogs for a bit. I don't think Landon believed me when I told him we would be able to hear them! I just love photographing families at the park...there are so many options and places to explore there. Southeast Michigan Family Photographer - St. Clair Shores

I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely family earlier this week. It was a gorgeous morning...sunshine, nice breeze off the lake, sweet family - perfect for a session....even with the fish flies. If you've ever been to Michigan on the east side of the state during June/July you know what I'm talking about. Fish Flies are pretty gross, harmless little 24 hour flying bugs that hang out by the water.. not just one or two but in swarms! Once we moved through the grass and kicked them all up, we were good to go! Poor Catherine is so not a fan of fish flies! Made me laugh to see her so squeamish. Thanks Catherine for putting up with the bugs and getting the session in! It was terrific to meet you all. Thanks again for choosing Beth Eggert Photography to photograph your family!

West Bloomfield Michigan Wedding Photographer

 Today Lisa Adams and I had the pleasure of photographing Geraldine and Jason's wedding. We knew from the minute we arrived at their beautiful home for their gorgeous back yard intimate wedding that it was going to be a day that wedding photographers dream of... a beautiful bride, a handsome groom, a gorgeous venue and the couple so in love and sweet that it melts your heart! It was hard to not to let the emotion of the day overwhelm us while we were working. Today, was a good day, no, it was a great day. The sun was shining, there was a gentle breeze, a lovely couple, and all is well with the world. You just can't help but be moved on days like today. Thank you Geraldine and Jason, for allowing us the distinct pleasure of photographing your day.

 Do you remember Chardonnay and Brandon? I did their maternity session back in March.. Well, meet their beautiful sweet baby girl Brooklyn! It was such a pleasure to have all three in my studio today and I was super excited to meet Brooklyn! She is four weeks old this week and one of the strongest little babies I've ever photographed. She was holding her head high and didnt' really want to sleep - really all she wanted to do was look at the bright lights! We won't talk about all the clean up from today... let's just say all three of us were "christened" during the session. So much fun having little ones in the studio! Thank you Chardonnay and Brandon for making the drive and allowing me the opportunity to photograph your sweet baby.

 Hello Mr. Cutie! Meet Jack. Jack came to the studio last weekend when our outdoor session was rained out. Such a little sweetheart. Jack was a ton of fun and so good in front of the camera. He has so many expressions and while he wasn't too sure of me at first, we quickly became friends!  Better late than never! Gosh it was so nice to see Alisha in front of the camera again. I think, for real this time, that she is my last Class of 2011 Senior! Congrats on Graduation!!!! It was such fun to photograph Alisha over this last year. She is a Class of 2011 Senior Model and I had the privilege of photographing her many times. It just took us a bit to get it together for her last outdoor session and even after all this time, Mother Nature tried to ruin our plans! Thanks so much for all of your help Alisha!  Meet sweet baby Kayden! Isnt' she just the cutest little thing! It was such a pleasure to have her and her family at the studio this week for a session. I've known Kayden's daddy since he was four years old and it was super special for me to be able to photograph his little girl with him before he heads out to the base in Colorado.

And such a good baby! She doesn't much like being changed but was quite content after just a few minutes. I promised her mommy that I'd have them back to the studio in a few weeks to photograph Kayden again so that we can see her beautiful eyes and try for some awake baby images!

Thanks Veronica, for being such a good sport when I know you still were not feeling all that great. Congratulations on your sweet little baby girl!

 Meet the "C" clan. What a oh so very sweet family! I couldn't believe how well behaved and totally focused these three were during our session. We were actually under the gun a bit in terms of time but we managed to get a bunch of terrific images. These guys were serious about giving mom the best and I think we did!

Big brother was a great help in keeping his youngest sister where she needed to be and big sister was a good at making baby sister smile.
