I love my job... really... how lucky am I to be able to say that everyday I look forward to working with such great young people? Meet Adam.

Adam and his mom are a ton of fun and I think the images from his session reflect that. While he professes to only consenting to the senor portraits to make his mom happy (how many times have I heard that this year?), I think he ended up having a pretty good time along the way.
Thanks for choosing my studio Adam for your Senior Portraits!

It's hard for me to believe that Marie is a Senior! Where has the time gone? It's been such a crazy week with Powder Puff (Yeah Seniors, and no Juniors you didn't get robbed just outplayed!), Pep Assemblies, The Big Game (Congrats North on your Victory), leading up to the Dance. Her and DD make such a cute couple and even though he didn't really want to take so many photos he was a good sport about it. That's what happens when you date the daughter of a photographer!

What a cute couple. This is my dear nephew and his new bride. I had the honor of photographing them in Texas at their wedding last weekend. Despite the weather channels assurance of a partly sunny day, we were thrilled that we managed to escape the entire day with no rain. Texas which is supposed to still be warm in October, was as cold as here in Michigan. So much for working on my tan while I was away! I had a great time working this wedding. The couple was wonderful and so cooperative. Both families were just delightful to work with and the wedding party was up for just about anything even though it was freezing..okay not quite freezing but not warm either! Thanks to my lovely sister and her family for putting me up. Thanks to the brides family for your patience, especially Jason who was so good about keeping me on time! Big thanks to my niece Katie for schleping my equipment and fluffing and tucking the brides gown all afternoon!
Thanks to Julie for assisting during the ceremony.
Best of luck to you two! I wish you a lifetime of happiness and joy!

Here's Sam! Isn't she just the cutest thing ever!!! We had such a good time in the studio today (of course, we got rained out..figures right) but that's okay. It gave us a chance to meet and get the inside stuff done. It was such a pleasure to meet you and your mom today. As promised here are a few from your session. Let's keep those fingers crossed for good weather next week.

Here's Carrie! I know my daughter here's it all the time...."You look just like your mother". And I could hardly believe the same words were coming out of my mouth when Carrie and I were working together but it is so true...I couldn't' get over how much Carrie looks like her mom...LOL.. Good thing Donna's a Hot Mama! LOL.. Thanks Carrie for choosing my studio for your Senior Portraits. It was nice to find some new places to shoot downtown and hang out on such a lovely afternoon...okay okay it was a bit chilly but so much better than the rain we've been having since. I'll be in touch when the rest of the gallery is ready!

Here's David! We sure got lucky last Sunday morning.. it was a bit overcast, okay more than a bit overcast, but the rain held off and we were able to finish our session at the lake. It was a bit chilly but not too bad. David was a good sport and put up with my lame jokes during his session. I did find out, though, that he is a sponge bob fan! Nice we have something in common...it always makes the session go smoother when you can find a common bond. Who knew it would be a little yellow sponge and his star fish companion that would be our common interest! Ha.
Thanks David for a being so patient at your session. It was a pleasure to meet you and your parents!
