And some additional clients for the day as well.

and a few more....

and a few more

and the kids of Spillane and Reynolds...

Just one or two from each of the kids that came in during the day. More to follow!

Our new friends at Spillane and Reynolds!

About ten days ago, I was at the lovely office of Dr. Spillane and Dr. Reynolds and had the opportunity to meet and photograph both doctors, their staff and some awesome clients! A few mini sessions were held outdoors at a lovely clubhouse and even though the weather wasn't ideal, we managed to get some great images! In the afternoon, we headed inside to the office, cleared out the furniture and set the studio up to capture the staff and more clients of the office.

I have to say, I had a great time...even though I was working, it felt more like a party than a job. Those are the best types of sessions. I think everyone involved in the day had a good time. I know you have all been waiting patiently for a sneak peek and today is the day! I'll start with the doctors and staff and then add some of the clients.

Thank you Dr. Reynolds for introducing me to your staff and clients. What a wonderful experience. Oh and the thought of your little guy's squeaky shoes still makes me chuckle.

Meet R!

Finally a few images of R to show. We had a great time in Studio and on location. Nothing like a brisk walk during a session to get things started! I always laugh when my seniors try to keep up with me and R had noooo problem. We managed to hit all the best spots with great light! I really like shooting in downtown Mt. Clemens...so many place to shoot at and so different! Thanks R! for being so patient with me. I know you are anxious to see the rest...soon, I promise.

Here's M...um...again!

Over the river and through the woods...or...eh...something like that...to grandmothers house we go! And we did...Of course we didn't actually go over the river or really through the woods but we did travel out just a bit for M's sesssion. I'm so glad we did. What a beautiful spot to photograph M. It brought back alot of childhood memories for me just being in the same area that as a child, my family vacation at. We had a perfect night, beautiful light, and a great location. Thanks M for inviting me out.

Here's L!

Despite the fact that mother nature was supposed to rain on us, we managed to get L's location session in on a lovely evening. L was such a good sport as we did our shoot around all the other park guests. It took a bit longer but I just love the images we got! Can't wait to finish proofing the sessions!

Next is J!

J. was a ton of fun during his sessions! Such a good sport hoofing it all around downtown Mt.Clemens for his location session! Sometimes you just don't know what to expect on location - like finding the unexpected in unexpected places! Turns out we had a great evening for our session and J was terrific to work with. I choose the first image posted here because I was excited to include a wake board in a session! I've never had anyone bring one..Those things are HUGE! Once we took the boots off, it was much easier to work with..I really dig the treatment on this image..it's kind of funky and fun. The third image was for J's mom...Look Mom, flowers! Ha Got ya J!

Senior Portraits are FUN!

Just ask V...Okay so we were getting just a bit slap happy by the time we took this first image but she requested I grab a shot with her new bff...sorry Rachel, you've been replaced!!! What's a photographer to do but try to make her client happy! All silliness aside, V is a lovely girl who was simple to photograph. She's gorgeous to start but so easy going that both the studio and the location session just seemed to fly by. Gotta love a girl who isn't' afraid to get her feet wet!

Thanks V. It was great meeting you and your mom.

here's J!

It has been my good fortune this summer to photograph so many lovely young ladies and gentlemen! We had to split J's session into two days due to the weather...but I was so glad we waited instead of trying to beat Mother Nature. We had a lovely morning to shoot on location and I'm just thrilled with both the studio and outdoor images we got. J's another one who cleans up so nice! I'm used to seeing her hair in a pony and her dressed in soccer gear! Fun to see her all dressed up! thanks J....can't wait to finish proofing your sessions.

Here's J~

Our sessions with J seemed to go so smoothly. At first I was afraid the weather wouldn't cooperate but we pushed on and ended up having a pretty darn nice morning. It got a bit warm towards the end but all in all not a bad shooting day. I love so many of the images from our session! J is such a sweet girl and I think her niceness just shines through her images. It was such a pleasure to meet you and your family J!
