 Meet Alayna! Class of 2012! Alayna and her mom and her Aunt (well her "faux" anunt) and I had entirely too much fun at her location session this week. Perfect weather, beautiful light and lots of laughs.. what more could you ask for? (Maybe some ice cream Yvette?). We wandered around Mt. Clemens and photographed wherever we found the light!  Meet Hunter! Hunter is a Beth Eggert Photography, Class of 2012 Senior Model! She is also a very talented soccer player (MAC White MVP - Way to go Hunter!). It has been my pleasure to photograph Hunter a few times in the studio and definately my pleasure to get in her location session. Meet LCN Senior - Jordan! I know, this is a familiar face right? Yep.. Jordan is a Class of 2012 Senior Model and she's been in the studio a few times before. It's always so much fun when she comes in...we get to play with new lighting techniques, new backdrops and just be goofy. Jordan is just sucha natural in front of the camera! I am thrilled with the images we captured in the studio this week and can't wait until we head outdoors for her urban safari - hopefully it won't be 95 degrees with 80% humidity! Meet Elizabeth! Last week was one of the few so far this year that was almost perfect everyday for outdoor sessions. Elizabeth came to the studio for yearbook and a few field images. Love that I can offer my clients such variety, right in my own backyard. Then we headed into Mt. Clemens for a bit of an urban safari. Elizabeth is great in front of the camera and so sweet. We had a great time wandering around town, finding the best spots to use for her senior portraits...despite the kinda creepy guy who gave her his number. Meet the Beach Family!

We had such a beautiful evening for this family session... I was so glad the weather cooperated since we were determined to photograph this crew outdoors. The sun was shining, the kids were happy, the park was beautiful and all is well with the world. I had a terrific time with these kids - the girls were ready to go and did a great job trying to keep little brother in line. Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it's off to the junkyard we go!

Here's Ethan! I have to say Ethan is another one of those seniors who I've known since he was just a little tyke,hanging around at the soccer fields during his big sisters games,while his dad coached. Our families have known each other for almost 12 year! It's fun to see what a terrific young man he has grown up to be. We recently vacationed with Ethan's family and we made a stop at our favorite junkyard while we were there! Gotta love a guy who isnt' afraid to tackle the unknown and there was alot of unknown. So this is how we spent a part of our Fourth of July weekend, traipsing through the waist high (or higher) weeds, watching the snakes slither away and blazing our own trail. It's always an adventure with Beth Eggert Photography (and Jon, the lighting guy, aka Ethan's dad). Thanks Jon for your help and thanks Ethan for being so fearless. See you in the studio soon!

Southeast Michigan Wedding Photographer

It is my pleasure to introduce Mr. and Mrs. Zachary Andersen! Lisa Adams (http://www.lisaadamsphoto.com/) and I had the pleasure of photography Zach and Rebecca's wedding last month. We had the most perfect day - the sun was shining, a little breeze to keep it from being too hot (okay, it was windy but I'm not complaining!) a beautiful couple, a fun bridal party, wonderful families and just the best time.

The cermony as held at Divine Child in Dearborn followed by a reception at the historic Dearborn Inn. Both truly wonderful places to work at. And what girl wouldn't swoon at being wisked away from her wedding by a horse drawn carriage?

I cannot begin to say enough nice things about both families! Everyone was just super sweet and made the day perfect. A wedding day every girl dreams of.
