Meet the B family! Again Mother Nature held out so that we could get our session in...a bit later than scheduled due to my error but in and successful none the less. And despite the heat, we were able to really capture some sweet images. There is something so endearing about children this age and how they adore their parents. These two are such sweet children and I LOVE the red hair...maybe becuase my daughter is a red head! The B's have a great backyard and we were able to complete their session right at home. Even the bugs cooperated. Thanks so much for choosing me to photograph your family! I look forward to sharing the rest of your gallery with you early nex week.

Meet the Boys! What a cute crew of little fellas and what a challenge to get them all looking at the same time. Poor little L... he wasn't really in the mood for a photo shoot but after a water and snack break he was raring to go. Now W and R, they were both ready from the first moment and they were great sports about changing cloths so many times...stripes shirts, solid shirts, stripe shirts again. I'm so glad the weather held and the ground wasn't completely soaked for our session. It was great to meet all of you!

Well, it has been quite a week this week. Mother Nature finally decided to coorperate a bit and let me get a few sessions in. Meet M and A, two beautiful little girls who were just a joy to photograph. Even though it was a bit warm, the girls were great during our session. Is there anything sweeter than twin  4 year olds?  The park is such a perfect place for photographs...so many different places to choose from. Thanks Jean, so much for allowing me to photograph your girls. I really appreciate you choosing my studio!

Meet the Chun Family! I often times get some strange requests when photograhping clients but this one was different for sure. See, the family wanted to replicate a favorite family photo from a few years ago that included a pyramid of family members. I was all for the challenge of getting five grown adults in my small space in some semblence of a pyramid! Of course, it's a bit difficult when the baby tops 6 feet! But no worries, we were able to grab the shot as well as a few others! Thanks so much for choosing Beth Eggert Photography for your family session. As the mom of three, one on her way back to college, another getting ready for her first year away from home and the baby starting middle school, I see my future as an empty nester coming along sooner than I'd like! I can totally relate to capturing this time with your family.

Meet the B family! It was such a pleasure to work with Anna and Howard and their two beautiful children. We were lucky that the rains stopped in time for the ground to dry out a bit. It was still just a touch soggy in some parts of lovely Patterson Park but overall, definately do-able.  The morning of our session the sun was shining, the lake was glistening and the fish flies were a-flying... yep, good thing the kids think the fish flies are fun...me, I'm okay with the little bugs...especially when they help make my job easier. What little boy can resist bugs stuck to a camera lens, or to mom's knee or on dad's head? And little B was a great sport too. She was happily kicking up swarms of the little sticky bugs while we made our way to the boardwalk and gazebo. I know my own daughters, who are much much older, would've been totally freaked out by the fish flies!

Thanks so much for choosing Beth Eggert Photography for your family session.
